What you enter remains yours. You can download everything we have from you in one go at any time – that's under Settings in your account, and you'll get a zip file with your data in it. You can also delete it, and then it's really gone. The privacy statement describes per type of data what we store and how long.
Do I need an account to get started?
No. The free check you do without an account and without an email address; the result appears immediately on screen and gets its own address that you can save. You only need an account if you want your answers to persist and to be tracked.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. There is no notice period and no minimum term. What you have built up so far, you can take with you when you cancel via the same download.
Is this advice?
No. We explain what applies and what is expected of you, including the source. An assessment of your own situation is not – for that you engage an adviser or contact the competent authority.
